ð1⁄4 PermanentI'm supporting a growing technology business operating within the healthcare sector as it expands its product team.
They're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of an established digital service and shape its next stage of development. The successful person will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment. The roleYou'll lead an important area of the company's product portfolio, working across technology, design, operations and commercial teams. Responsibilities will include: Setting clear product priorities and defining the longer-term directionLeading discovery, development and continuous improvementUnderstanding customer needs and turning insights into practical solutionsCoordinating stakeholders around shared objectivesSupporting the launch and ongoing development of new capabilitiesHelping strengthen product practices as the company growsWhat they're looking forExperience owning digital products throughout their lifecycleStrong discovery, prioritisation and delivery skillsConfidence using data to inform decisionsExperience working with multidisciplinary teamsThe ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersA practical approach and willingness to take ownershipAn interest in using technology to improve healthcarePrevious healthcare experience would be beneficial, but candidates from other complex, regulated or service-led environments will also be considered.
