ICT-Change Lead - Millenium
Job summary
Barts Health is seeking a motivated and experienced Change Manager to join the Clinical Systems Change Management team.
The Change Lead post holder will be responsible for managing the delivery of complex clinical informatics change management projects. This is a senior change management role which requires excellent change management and communication skills. The Informatics Change Lead will work on all Trust sites to lead and facilitate the change and transformation of operational and clinical processes when adopting clinical systems into working practices. They must have excellent knowledge and experience of delivering Cerner Millennium software change management projects.
The post holder will be required to foster relationships with a wide range of NHS managers and professionals including clinicians, senior managers, suppliers and informatics colleagues.

Main duties of the job
- To lead, facilitate and be responsible for change management activities required.
- To support the implementation of new systems/technologies and related processes associated primarily (but not exclusively) to clinical processes across Barts Health NHS Trust.
- The post-holder will work with key stakeholder groups (clinical and non-clinical) and facilitate contribution from staff across the Trust to develop business and process change and support new improved ways of working to deliver benefits.

Experience
- Experience of delivering complex clinical system change management projects, on time
- Experience in a large NHS or private healthcare organization working on projects that involved clinical staff and operational change or organisations with similar characteristics
- Experience of analysis, investigation, and resolution of process problems
- Experience producing and delivering reports and presentations
- Experience of mentorship of junior members of staff
- Experience working with business information and processes
- Experience of training users at a technical level whilst being able to communicate this into layman's terms
- Proficiency in ICT facilities and tools. This would include: voice conferencing; e-mail; text; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) scheduling (e.g. MS Project); drawing tools for process mapping (e.g. MS Visio) and structured web based filing systems (MS folders and Share Point).

- Change Management qualifications such as APMG Change Management, Agile Change Management
- Project Management qualifications such as OCG PRINCE 2 Foundation or Practitioner; APM Professional
