BaseOne is hiring a Technical Delivery Senior Manager to join a high-impact programme supporting the delivery of data operations, reporting frameworks, and technical project leadership across a large organisation.

BaseOne is hiring a Technical Delivery Senior Manager to join a high-impact programme supporting the delivery of data operations, reporting frameworks, and technical project leadership across a large organisation.

This is a strategic role – you’ll sit at the intersection of technology and delivery, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring technical solutions meet real business needs. You’ll bring together the right people, tools, and thinking to make projects move faster and smarter.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Strategy & Solution Design

• Translate client objectives into technical delivery requirements.
• Align data and reporting projects with broader business strategy.
• Ensure solutions are designed with future scalability and integration in mind.

Project & Delivery Leadership

• Own delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
• Drive delivery processes, manage timelines, and remove blockers.
• Implement agile delivery methods where suitable.

Data, Reporting & Automation Focus

• Guide teams on the delivery of robust, high-integrity data pipelines and BI reporting tools.
• Help improve marketing and business performance through better use of data.
• Lead on QA and performance monitoring of data products and dashboards.

Technical Oversight & Innovation

• Review solution architecture and delivery approaches to ensure efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and use of emerging tech.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and external collaborators.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical users, ensuring alignment and clarity.

Tools You’ll Use

• Power BI (Desktop & Service)
• Microsoft Excel
• SharePoint & Teams
• Confluence or similar documentation tools

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…

• Have 5+ years in technical delivery, data operations, or BI project management.
• Understand data workflows, pipelines, and reporting frameworks end-to-end.
• Have a background or strong interest in marketing analytics or digital data strategy.
• Are comfortable engaging with clients, leading meetings, and making things happen.
• Know how to get cross-functional teams aligned – even under pressure.
