Senior IT Support Technician

Reporting to the organisations Head of IT - you will act as a key member of the business tech function troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues in addition to supporting a busy service desk environment

This position is based in Cupar with hybrid and flexible working options 

In order to be successful in this position applications should have experience in a service desk environment and skills across Active Directory, M365, Windows 10/11 and networking concepts
