Customer Care Manager - IT/Software
My remote first client are currently hiring for an experience Customer Care Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will involve leading and developing the client facing Customer care team and monitoring and innovating the effectiveness of the current customer support processes.
The role will require a strategic thinker with strong experience of working within an ITSM environment with software products.The role will oversee service delivery and applications support as well as helping to manage deployments and client site engagements. You will be a key part of the business management team and work to meet business goals and targets including delivering a world class client service. You will be responsible for the financial reporting and management of accounts and monitoring the revenue and productivity of client partnerships and suggesting changes where applicable.
The right candidate for the role will have the following experience:
- Minimum 6 years experience working and leading within a software or IT provider
- Experience managing support teams and hosted environment teams
- Experience of planning and managing client releases and software implementations
- Experience of working with third party suppliers and pulling together multiple vendors for client engagements
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience of using CRM platforms
