Customer / Service Delivery Manager
£50,000 – 55,000 with bonus and benefits
Based in Scotland – remote working with occasional trips to the Aberdeen office
Must have access to a car and driving licence
Fantastic opportunity here to join a growing software company who are seeking a strategic and service-driven manager to lead and evolve the customer support team.
It’s a critical leadership role that will take ownership of application support, system upgrades, hosted service delivery and release management
We are seeking a champion of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
You should have the following skills and experiences –
- Experience in a senior support or service delivery leadership role within a software or IT services environment.
- Proven experience managing application support teams and customer environments in a hosted or cloud-based setting.
- Strong working knowledge of ITSM practices and frameworks (e.g. ITIL), with experience implementing structured support processes.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage software releases and communicate technical changes to customers and internal teams.
- Experience working with third-party service providers.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use performance data and customer feedback to drive decisions.
