What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and enhance complex software solutions that deliver business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
• Build high-quality applications using Java (Java 8, 11, 17), Spring Boot, and modern frameworks—ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements, architect solutions, and align with business objectives.
• Champion best practices through code reviews and fostering a culture of quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging technologies and contributing to internal tech communities.
• Ensure security and reliability through secure coding standards and robust unit testing practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of advanced Java development experience (Java 8, 11, 17) with Spring Boot.
• Proven expertise in AWS engineering and cloud-native architecture.
• Strong API development skills and experience in building scalable services.
• Comfort working in CI/CD pipelines and Agile environments.
• A passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
