The tasks of a Software Engineer will include: • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality solutions that power core platforms.• Build tools and systems processing large volumes of data quickly and reliably.• Champion best practices in programming, testing, and architecture—leading by example and mentoring others.• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product owners, and engineers to define requirements and deliver elegant solutions.• Continuously improve platform performance and scalability while driving innovation across our technology stack.• Share knowledge and foster a culture of learning and technical excellence within the team.

To progress as a successful Software Engineer you will require:• Strong, current commercial experience in PHP and Laravel.• Proficiency with Vue.js or similar modern frontend frameworks.• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud services.• To be an advocate for Agile methodologies, TDD, and OOP principles.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a passion for empowering teams.
