What you will do in the ServiceNow Developer role:• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on Virtual Agent and RPA flows.• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.• Configure and implement ServiceNow Virtual Agent to improve customer engagement.• Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.• Monitor and optimize platform performance for reliability and responsiveness.
What experience you will require to successful progress in the ServiceNow developer role:• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes.• A minimum of 3 years hands-on, targeted experience of customizing ServiceNow, including workflows and integrations.• Advanced skills in ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or RPA tools.• A high proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow development.• Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
