We are supporting a client in growing their Transformation Team. We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Change Manager to support the successful rollout of a new software. This role will be central to driving user adoption, delivering training, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and develop expert-level knowledge of the organisations software.
  • Provide training and support to teams, both individually and in group settings.
  • Create engaging and user-friendly training materials tailored to different staff needs.
  • Gather and document user feedback to inform continuous improvement of internal systems.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to coordinate rollout plans.

Person Specification

  • Previous experience in change management, user adoption, or technology implementation.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence delivering training.
  • Technically proficient and quick to understand new software and tools.
  • Highly organised with strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
