Be-IT is looking for a passionate accessibility expert to drive best practice, influence development teams and champion accessibility across a large financial services company. You will also be leading on audits and overall accessibility strategy.

Looking for someone with strong accessibility experience who lives and breathes WCAG.

What you’ll do

• Lead the development of accessibility standards, frameworks and guidance
• Deliver engaging training and raise awareness across teams
• Act as the go-to expert, advising on best practice
• Conduct audits, testing and quality assurance on digital products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed accessibility into every stage of delivery

What you bring

• Strong experience in accessibility consulting or a similar role
• Deep knowledge of WCAG, assistive tech and testing tools
• Confident communicator, able to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to deliver training and create clear, practical documentation
• A problem-solver with a user-first mindset and a passion for inclusive design
