Product Manager
Be-Resourcing are recruiting for a Product Manager to join a leading international professional services organisation undergoing significant digital transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of technology products, driving adoption, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across the business.
The role offers a salary of £70–£85K (DOE), plus bonus and benefits including private medical insurance, enhanced parental leave and a generous holiday allowance. This will be based out of a central London office on a hybrid basis.
Working closely with business leaders, technology teams and end users, you'll be responsible for defining product roadmaps, driving user adoption, gathering feedback and ensuring products deliver measurable business value. You'll also play a key role in identifying opportunities for innovation, supporting the implementation of new technologies, and helping shape how technology is embedded into day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and develop product strategy, roadmap and success measures.
- Drive user adoption and lead business change initiatives.
- Gather stakeholder and user feedback to inform product improvements.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners.
- Deliver training, workshops and engagement sessions.
- Support product launches, pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ways of working.
- Contribute to client-facing technology and innovation initiatives.
We're looking for:
- Previous Product Management, Change Management, Digital Transformation or Technology Adoption experience gained within a professional services environment.
- Experience defining requirements, scoping projects and delivering business-focused outcomes.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Agile experience is advantageous.
