Sales Manager

Our client is a fast-growing, award-winning IT Managed Services Provider delivering smart, secure, and scalable technology solutions to businesses across the UK. As they expand their presence in Edinburgh, they are seeking a Sales Manager to lead growth across the region.

This role will be based in Edinburgh on a hybrid basis (with some travel to Glasgow), and is offering a competitive salary of between £50,000 - £70,000 plus uncapped commission. 

This is a standout opportunity for a tech-savvy sales professional with a strong corporate network in Edinburgh and a track record of success in the IT or cloud services space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a regional sales strategy to drive new business
• Leverage personal and professional networks to identify and convert opportunities
• Promote a full suite of managed services, including cloud, cybersecurity, communications, infrastructure, and automation
• Work alongside technical consultants to craft tailored solutions for clients
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within an MSP or IT solutions provider
• Strong network within the Edinburgh corporate/business community
• Ability to understand and communicate technology concepts clearly and confidently
• Consultative approach with a focus on long-term client relationships
• Motivated self-starter with a growth mindset and commercial awareness
