2nd Line Engineer - Peterborough - GBP £35,000

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and troubleshooting services for desktops, systems and software.

The ideal candidate will have/be able to:

• Provide 2nd line support to end users and act as an escalation point for 1st line Engineers
• Support and assist with IT Projects & Migrations for clients
• Excellent communication skills and team player
• Be decisive and have the passion to problem-solve
• Strong Customer service skills

Skills required/Desirable:

• 2+ years of It Experience within a similar role
• Windows management & troubleshooting experience
• Networking troubleshooting - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Firewalls (Sophos - Desirable)
• Office 365, Active Directory
• Windows Server environment experience 2012+
• Office 365 Back ups
• Microsoft Endpoint
• TeamViewer/Quick Assist
