IT Support Engineer - Milton Keynes - £35,000 DOE

My client is small but mighty Software house within the Healthcare and Pharma space who provide industry-leading bespoke products to UK based companies.

They are now looking for a driven and technically minded individual to take lead with Support and to provide training on the Software! If you are looking for a new challenge where you can learn all about new Technologies and Software's, please apply below.

Key Skills:

• 3+ years of successful IT/Technical experience
• Microsoft stack experience/Application support experience
• The ability to speak to Technical and Non-technical people
• Proficient with Windows 10/11

Desirable Skills:

• Scripting & Reporting
• Interest in Coding

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to external users on mainstream and bespoke software
• Support the implementation of the software for new clients
• Provide online Training to clients on the systems and software (Full training will be provided for this)
• Communicated with clients who are both technical and non-technical
• Testing and troubleshooting technologies
• Create new workflows via scripting
