IT Support Technician - Peterborough - GBP £27,000 (5 days onsite)

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and troubleshooting services for desktops, systems and software.

The ideal candidate will have/be able to:

• Provide 1st and elements of 2nd Line support to both internal & external users
• Windows management & troubleshooting experience
• Basic Networking troubleshooting - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
• Office 365, Active Directory
• Excellent communication skills and team player
• Be decisive and have the passion to problem-solve
