Account Director

We’re supporting a well-established enterprise IT services and managed services provider in the search for an experienced Account Director to drive growth across large, complex organisations.

This is a senior, relationship-led role focused on new enterprise logo acquisition, re-engaging former clients, and vendor-led selling - particularly within Cisco networking and Microsoft cloud environments.

You’ll lead C-suite conversations and close high-value, multi-year managed services contracts, positioning the business as a long-term technology partner across networking, cloud, infrastructure, managed services, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win net-new enterprise clients and grow dormant accounts.
  • Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle, from engagement to close.
  • Lead strategic, value-led sales conversations at senior level.
  • Drive large, complex managed services deals.
  • Manage commercial negotiations, tenders, and RFPs.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery to shape outcome-led solutions.
  • Leverage vendor relationships to create competitive advantage.

Experience Required

  • 5+ years in enterprise technology sales (VAR / MSP / Reseller).
  • Proven delivery of £300k+ gross profit annually.
  • Track record closing complex enterprise deals (£100k+ GM).
  • Experience selling into organisations with 500+ users.
  • Strong Networking Sales background (Cisco preferred).
  • Comfortable selling across infrastructure, managed services, cloud, and security.
  • Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week in London.
