Interim Salesforce Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our client’s Salesforce initiatives on a 6 month interim basis. You will be responsible for managing Salesforce-related projects from planning through to deployment, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and drive measurable improvements in customer engagement, sales processes, and operational efficiency.

This role requires strong project management capability, CRM expertise, and stakeholder management skills, along with a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and prioritise CRM requirements and translate them into clear project plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Salesforce administrators, developers, consultants, and business users.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and project reviews using Agile or hybrid delivery methods.
• Oversee data migration, system integrations, and CRM enhancements where required.

Experience required:

• Proven experience managing Salesforce projects or implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical and business delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience gained within the construction/real estate industry is highly desirable.
