Partnerships Development Manager
Fuel Growth Across EMEA with Strategic Sales Enablement
Are you passionate about using data to drive real business outcomes-not just building dashboards? Do you thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? If so, we're looking for a commercially-minded, insights-driven Sales Enablement Partner to join our EMEA team.
This is not your typical BI or reporting role. Instead, you'll act as a productivity catalyst-embedded in the heart of our sales organisation-empowering outsourced sales agents across emerging EMEA markets to close more deals, faster.
The Role: Sales Enablement with a Strategic Edge
You'll serve as the go-to partner for our outsourced front-line sales agents, supporting those who sell indirectly via accounting channels across the EMEA region (excluding the UK). Your role will focus on unlocking agent productivity through real-time insights, smarter workflows, and scalable automation.
Forget static reporting-your insights will directly shape how we work and win.
What You'll Be Doing
- Sales Agent Enablement
- Equip outsourced agents with the tools, insights, and processes they need to convert leads and improve performance.
- Strategic Workflow Design
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement automation to drive smarter lead scoring, outreach, and follow-up.
- Insight-Driven Decision Making
- Use platforms like Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, and ClickView to surface insights-not to build dashboards, but to influence action and strategy.
- Agile Sales Support
- Operate in fast-paced, weekly sprints, supporting sales leaders with fresh data and recommendations to guide decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with EMEA sales leadership (including figures like Tom Pearson) as a trusted thought partner.
- Clear & Confident Communication
- Present insights and strategic recommendations with clarity-owning meetings and influencing outcomes.
Who You Are
- Experienced in Sales Operations
- 3-5 years in sales enablement, productivity, or revenue operations-ideally in enterprise SaaS, high-velocity sales, or international teams.
- Commercially Sharp & Insight-Led
- You connect the dots between data and decision-making. You see the "why" behind numbers and turn insights into action.
- Autonomous Yet Collaborative
- You take ownership of your work, but also thrive as part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
- Tool-Savvy & Automation-Oriented
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, cadence tools (e.g. SalesLoft, HVS), Tableau, Power BI, ClickView, and outbound automation tools.
- Comfortable with Ambiguity
- You don't need a playbook-you're excited by building, testing, and iterating in real time.
Additional Details
- Contract Role: Currently offered as a contract, with no immediate path to permanent.
- Hybrid Setup: Minimum 3 days a week in our London office.
- Interview Process:
- Quick 15-30 minute intro call
- Followed by a presentation at second stage
