Role Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has opened within our Professional Services Department for an Anaplan Model Builder role. This is a full-time position.
This role is designed as a structured learning pathway combining formal training, hands-on project experience, and mentorship.
You’ll go through an extensive 2-month boot camp working alongside experienced consultants to support the design, build, and deployment of Anaplan solutions across planning domains such as Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, and supply chain.

What to Expect
Core Responsibilities
Model building support:
- Assist in building and configuring Anaplan models
- Support model testing, validation and documentation
Project delivery support:
- Work alongside solution architects and senior model builders on client engagements
- Ownership of defined workstreams and / or model components
- Support workshops, requirement gathering and solution design sessions
- Help prepare client materials to support project delivery
Continuous improvement:
- Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and templates
- Document best practices and lessons learned
- Stay up to date with Anaplan platform updates
Accountabilities and KPIs
- Quality and success of project delivery
- Customer satisfaction, adoption, and health
- Gross Margin performance (where relevant)
- Adherence to project governance and PS processes
- Contribution to cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
A bit about you
You naturally strive to deliver Beyond the Expected , combining sharp technical ability with commercial awareness and relationship-building excellence.
Key Pre-requisites
- Strong numerical and analytical thinking
- Comfortable working with data (Excel experience expected)
- Logical problem-solving mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Curious and eager to learn new tools and methodologies
- Exposure to business processes (such as FP&A / HR or supply chain workflow)
Desirable Skills
- Experience with: Excel modelling, SQL / Python / Data tools, Planning tool experience (Anaplan / Power BI)
- Bachelor’s degree in a business / finance or analytical discipline
