This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business at the forefront of technology, where youll receive full training and play a key role in providing technical support to both colleagues and customers.

What youll be doing:

• Developing in-depth knowledge of the companys product range and the latest IoT technologies
• Supporting colleagues and customers with accurate, timely technical advice
• Building strong knowledge of industry legislation and compliance requirements
• Delivering technical training to internal teams and external clients
• Assisting with product testing, research, and ongoing development projects
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure high-quality service and solutions
• Managing customer relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery

• A genuine interest in technology and IoT development
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Organised, detail-focused, and able to prioritise under pressure
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
• A clean (or near clean) driving licence and the ability to commute reliably to Oswestry
