Technical Shopfloor EngineerBroughton (Onsite)£30.00 PAYE / £40.13 Umbrella + Shift Uplift12-Month Contract (Inside IR35)OverviewWe're hiring a Technical Shopfloor Engineer to support production operations within a leading manufacturing environment. This role focuses on resolving technical issues on the shopfloor, supporting production teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport production teams by diagnosing and resolving technical issues beyond operator levelProvide a shopfloor engineering perspective to improve efficiency and performanceContribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiativesIdentify and support the resolution of non-conformance issuesRequirementsStrong experience in manufacturing or lineside engineeringKnowledge of regulated production environmentsGood problem-solving, communication, and organisational skillsProactive and able to work independentlyWorking PatternDouble day shifts (20% uplift):06:00 - 13:10 / 13:30 - 20:40 (alternating weekly)Ready to take the next step in your engineering career?
