Belcan Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Maintenance MDS Administrator to join a high-profile aerospace support programme based at Brize Norton, Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused professional to play a key role in maintaining critical maintenance data and supporting airworthiness compliance within a fast-paced aviation environment. This contract role is deemed Inside IR35 and offers competitive hourly rates with the potential for overtime.

As a Maintenance MDS Administrator, you will be responsible for creating component assets, linking airworthiness data, and accurately entering and maintaining records within the Maintenance Data System (MDS). You will review maintenance documentation for accuracy, coordinate with technicians to ensure timely updates, generate reports, support data management procedures, and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also assist with project and task management activities as directed.

The successful Maintenance MDS Administrator will have strong IT and data management skills, experience with digital record-keeping systems, and exceptional attention to detail. Knowledge of Microsoft Access, XML, and aviation-related data environments would be highly advantageous. Previous aerospace or aircraft maintenance experience is desirable, but candidates from other industries with strong administrative and data management expertise are also encouraged to apply.
