What You'll Be Doing
As a Revit Technician, you'll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and validating asset and building information within Revit, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating, updating, and managing BIM models using Revit.
- Maintaining accurate asset information and issuing updates through the Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Conducting site surveys and validation activities to verify existing and newly acquired asset data.
- Producing model content that aligns with company standards, BIM best practices, and industry requirements.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of asset information quality across our portfolio.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure information is accessible, reliable, and fit for purpose.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a passion for BIM, strong technical knowledge, and a keen eye for detail.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Revit Architecture
- Revit MEP
- Autodesk Forma
- ISO 19650 standards
- BIM modelling best practice
- Drawing and document control
- COBie
- Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) engineering principles
Desirable Skills
It would be advantageous if you also have experience with:
- Microsoft Excel
- DiRoots
