Bench IT require an experience IT Trainer to join a large company starting ASAP. The successful trainer will support users across the business to build the skills and confidence needed to use systems effectively. The IT Trainer will design and deliver engaging learning sessions both in person and online and provide post-go-live support following new system implementations or updates to help colleagues apply their new skills.
- Create engaging learning materials across a range of formats, including instructional guides, presentations, videos, E-learning modules, and accessible learning resources. Use feedback and evaluation insights to keep all training content accurate, relevant, and continuously improving.
- You will gather and act on learner feedback, using insights to refine training approaches and update learning literature, ensuring training remains relevant, user-focused, and responsive to organisational needs
- Deliver high-quality ICT training through face-to-face sessions, webinars, and post-go-live floor-walking support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and the ICT Training Lead to understand business processes and training needs. Engage with over 1,000 employees across diverse departments to design and deliver impactful training solutions.

- Support the ICT Lead Trainer in delivering a proactive training service that utilises the System Expert pool to provide ongoing ICT training, resources, and support. Coordinate and administer training systems and setups across all sites, including two LMS platforms. Be able to work in numerous software development environments to learn systems and produce learning materials
- Assist and update self-serve support content (knowledge base articles, guidance libraries, hints and tips) to help colleagues resolve issues independently and build their ICT confidence. Maintain the Group's End User Documentation Library, ensuring all guidance reflects current working practices
- Promote the self-serve support service and share helpful tips with colleagues to encourage digital confidence and adoption
- Assist the ICT Lead Trainer and Applications Team with user acceptance testing for planned application upgrades. Review new functionality and ensure appropriate training and communication are provided.
