SAP Consultant (SuccessFactors, Recruitment Management & Onboarding)
£600 per day inside IR35, 3 months rolling, Remote Working
Bench IT require an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to join a large project for an organisation starting ASAP working remotely. The SuccessFactors Consultants will be supporting with Recruitment Management & Onboarding.
The successful candidate should have the skills and experience included below:
- Strong knowledge and experience of SAP SuccessFactors and its architecture, configuration/development limits and capabilities
- Experience specifying and delivering on Recruitment Management & Onboarding
- Strong knowledge of SAP CPI or SuccessFactors Integration Centre
- Analytical capabilities to understand business requirements and turn them into SAP configuration options
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management Certification (mandatory) - desirable but not essential
- Excellent communications skills
