Bench IT require an experienced Scrum Master to join a workstream starting ASAP. The Scrum Master will be working to deliver software projects in the Front Office space.

The successful candidate should have the skills and experience included below;

  • Proven experience working as a Scrum Master/Scrum Delivery Manager
  • Experience working for an Asset Management/Investment Management/Wealth Management
  • Excellent Agile delivery experience
  • Financial Services experience is mandatory however, Investment/Asset Management experience is highly advantageous
  • Experienced at running daily stand ups.
  • Ownership of E2E delivery
  • Experience of multi-tasking ie Responsible for running multiple small workstreams of business change (as opposed to one large programme)
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and management of delivery teams
