Junior IT Service Desk Analyst, £140 per day inside IR35

Bench IT require a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst to join a large organisation starting ASAP working fully on-site in Uttoxeter. The candidate will be responsible for providing IT support to users across the business, assisting with a variety of hardware, software, and account-related issues while gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at an entry level who is looking to expand their knowledge and build hands-on experience within a fast-paced IT support environment.
The successful candidate will have the required skills and experience below:
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience within support roles or holding an It related degree / alternative IT qualification
- Windows 10/11
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- General hardware support
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Providing IT support to end users
- Logging and managing IT incidents and service requests
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Supporting Windows and Office 365 environments
- Assisting with laptop and desktop builds/setup
- Password resets and Active Directory administration
- Escalating more complex issues where required
- Delivering excellent customer service and communication
