The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and drive the delivery of moderately complex projects within a highly regulated, data-rich environment. This role requires someone who can validate program scopes and schedules, manage cross-functional teams, and support the successful execution of projects that sit at the heart of life sciences and technology. Ideal for someone with strong stakeholder management skills and a knack for translating strategy into action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate project scopes, timelines, and deliverables to ensure strategic alignment and project success.

  • Identify and escalate potential risks that could impact delivery.

  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for moderately complex initiatives, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards.

  • Develop and execute communication plans that keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

  • Support change management activities, including impact assessment and stakeholder readiness.

  • Monitor project metrics and KPIs; use data insights to propose improvements across products and processes.

  • Maintain consistent reporting and contribute to best-practice frameworks for program delivery.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience managing programs in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or data-driven tech environment is highly desirable.

  • Confident working in a matrixed organisation with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

  • A problem-solver with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage ambiguity.
