Delivery Consultant

Benchmark Staffing Solutions is looking to speak to established resourcers and 180 Recruiters within the Engineering/Built or Tech environment. An opportunity has arisen to join an established desk with incoming work, resourcing and learning directly from the business owner.

The client is also open to 360 consultants who are looking to take a step into a purely resourcing role, as well as resourcers who feel their current environment is not working for them or job flow is too light.

Base salary up to £28,000, with full commission scheme.

The company culture is mature and inclusive with an emphasis on autonomy with support as required.

Attributes include

• Exposure to working a range of white collar freelance recruitment
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Ability to generate and qualify candidates effectively, whilst supporting BD efforts by gathering market information.
• Experience managing candidates throughout the timeline, from initial contact through to aftercare
