Recruitment Consultant - Mission Critical

An opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join an established Data Centres recruitment agency, specialising in staffing the design, build and maintenance of Data Centres across the UK and Europe.

The Recruitment Consultant will be joining an extremely warm desk, with c.12 key clients and they will play a crucial role in supporting the ambitions to grow this further.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any consultant looking to change market - no experience in Data Dentres is required, though White Collar Engineering would be of benefit.

The Recruitment Consultant will have experience in the following -

• Recruiting within the Data Centre market OR a related/similar market
• Account Management or 360 recruitment experience
• Managing relationships with existing clients to maximise job flow, whilst helping to ensure jobs are prioritised and filled in a timely manner
• Consulting clients and pushing back where appropriate, to ensure their expectations are managed and met.

Commission

• No Threshold
• Up to 35%
• Average deal size of c.£15,000
