Full Stack Engineer - Fintech - London Hybrid

Backed by leading VC and PE investors with £35M+ raised and hundreds of millions already deployed in property finance, this is a company with proven traction and a much bigger vision ahead.

The mission goes beyond a single product. They're building a full financial institution — one that opens doors for communities typically underserved by traditional finance. The foundation is solid.

The role

High-impact IC, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll own features from ideation to deployment, set engineering standards across the team, and be the internal expert on AI-supported development — evaluating tools, managing risk, and driving genuine productivity gains. When the hardest problems land, you're the one who solves them.

This isn't a role where you receive requirements and execute. You'll challenge them, shape them, and make sure what gets built is actually the most impactful version of every feature.

Stack: JavaScript, NestJS, Kotlin, React, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD

What they're looking for:

• 3–6 years as a full stack or product engineer.
• Strong opinions on code quality, testing, and architecture.
• Genuinely excited about AI tooling — not just using it, understanding it.
