- Lead and shape a new Advisory (pre-sales) function, setting the vision, processes, and strategy from the ground up.
- Report directly to the VP Revenue Operations and work closely with senior leadership to influence enterprise deals.

- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and priorities for the Advisory (Pre-Sales) team in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a multinational team of pre-sales professionals (currently two team members: one in Sweden and one in the UK), fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Establish and continuously improve processes, tools, and best practices for pre-sales engagement.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, supporting complex international opportunities with tailored solutions and proposals.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and guide solution design to showcase Benifex’s platform capabilities.
- Advise on technical aspects such as integrations, APIs, data flows, and security considerations.
- Provide strategic consulting on employee benefits programs to help customers design impactful solutions.
- Support RFI/RFP responses and contribute to pricing and contract negotiations.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives through webinars, whitepapers, and industry events.
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams (leadership experience is a plus but not a strict requirement).
- Deep understanding of employee benefits strategies, regulations, and market trends.
- Strong technical acumen, including experience with APIs, integrations, and SaaS solutions.
- Track record of supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and influencing strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strategic thinker with a consultative approach and strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or advisory roles within SaaS or employee benefits technology.
- Previous leadership experience in setting team strategy and driving performance.
