- You’ll play a key role in improving commercial performance and efficiency across our revenue teams.
- You’ll work closely with multiple departments - Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance - to streamline operations and make data-driven decisions.
- You’ll be the go-to expert helping teams work smarter and more efficiently.
- You’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact by identifying and driving process improvements across the organization.
- Ensure accurate data and support data hygiene across related revenue systems.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements, supporting cross-team processes.
- Maintain territory alignment and support territory planning with Sales leadership.
- Support revenue teams in following pricing, discounting, and contract governance policies.
- Define and improve handover processes between revenue teams.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and basic support for key systems.
- Handle operational tasks that improve efficiency, including use of tools like Ringlead, ZoomInfo, and Trumpet.
- 2+ years of experience in b2b Sales, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations with a focus on stakeholder management and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Understanding of SaaS business models.
