Key Responsibilities in Digital Learning Design and L&D Partnership- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning needs and co-design engaging digital learning experiences, including e-learning modules, blended learning pathways, and interactive resources.
- Create and curate high-quality digital content using authoring tools, graphics, and multimedia resources to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
- Support the end-to-end digital learning design process, from initial needs analysis to implementation, review, and continuous improvement.
- Advise teams on digital best practices in learning, accessibility, and user experience, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and inclusivity for all learners.
- Facilitate training and development workshops to empower colleagues in using digital learning tools and adopting new technologies.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of digital learning solutions using data analytics and learner feedback to inform future design improvements.
- Champion new approaches and innovations in L&D digital design, staying up-to-date with technology trends and industry standards.
- Work closely with L&D, IT, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless integration of digital learning with wider development initiatives.
- Demonstrable experience in digital learning design, instructional design, e-learning development, or a related L&D field.
- Strong proficiency with digital authoring tools (such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar), learning management systems, and multimedia content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and deliver quality solutions within agreed timeframes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
- Creative flair combined with a user-centred mindset to design accessible and inclusive digital content.
- Analytical approach to evaluating learning impact, using quantitative and qualitative data to guide continuous improvement.
