On behalf of Vyntelligence, a fast-growing AI-powered SaaS platform transforming frontline and site-based work, we are hiring a VP Sales (UK) to drive new enterprise logo acquisition across Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction contractors and major infrastructure delivery organisations.
This is a pivotal role in the company’s 2026 growth plans, ideal for a senior enterprise seller who thrives in complex, regulated, asset-heavy environments.
Location: London (Hybrid — 1 day/week in office)
About the role
This is a Senior IC position for a commercially sharp enterprise hunter. You’ll lead long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals into construction organisations with large deskless workforces — site teams, field engineers, and project delivery leaders.
What you’ll do
- Own a £1M+ ARR quota focused on new construction enterprise logos
- Run full-cycle sales: prospecting → discovery → negotiation → close
- Navigate buying committees across Ops, H&S, Digital/IT, Procurement, Legal, and Exec
- Build ROI cases around productivity, compliance, safety, and execution on-site
- Maintain strong forecasting, CRM discipline, and pipeline hygiene
- Represent Vyntelligence across key construction and infrastructure industry networks
Who you are
- Proven enterprise SaaS new-logo seller into Tier 1/Tier 2 contractors
- Active construction ecosystem network (contractors, M&E, operators, consultants)
- Consistent track record against £1M+ ARR targets in complex deals
- Strong consultative selling, value storytelling, and commercial negotiation skills
- Hands-on closer who thrives in a scale-up environment
