Analytics Manager

We are working with a highly regarded global asset manager to hire an Analytics Manager to join their team in London.

Our client is one of the world's largest asset managers, operating across the Americas, Europe and Asia. They manage diverse portfolios, running a variety of equity and fixed income strategies, and investing for the long term on behalf of institutional and wholesale clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the insight and analytics associates, providing guidance, mentorship and support
• Foster a culture of growth and efficiency by inspiring and motivating associates
• Drive the development, deployment, and optimisation of advanced analytics tools and models
• Deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across asset classes and investment products
• Set clear goals and performance metrics; conduct regular performance reviews to drive individual and team growth
• Mentor and coach team members, helping them identify career paths and development opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align analytics efforts with business goals

Skills:

• Strong understanding of asset management and data challenges faced
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-caliber analytics teams
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Databricks and PowerBI
• Experience with AI and automation
• Strong stakeholder management and communications skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
