Change Specialist - SC Clearance Essential - £400 a day inside IR35 - York

YOU MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE & RECENT PUBLIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.

My colsultancy client is looking for an experienced Change Specialist. This is a hands-on change role, requiring someone who can engage effectively with staff and managers at all levels and help translate change plans into successful implementation.

Key responsibilities:

• Support delivery of implementation plans

• Build relationships and drive staff engagement throughout the programme

• Work closely with line managers and stakeholders at all levels

• Support communications, process mapping and staff upskilling

• Identify, manage and escalate risks and issues

• Identify inefficiencies and improvements, implementing new processes where required

• Provide regular reporting on implementation progress

Essential experience:

• Strong previous experience in Change Analyst/Change Management roles

• Significant Public Sector experience is essential

• Experience delivering organisational or structural change

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Experience managing change risks, issues and dependencies

YOU MUST HAVE SIGNIFICANT PUBLIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE AND LIVE, VALID SC CLEARANCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.
