We're looking for an experienced Commercial Specialist (Lead) (MCIPS) to lead end-to-end procurement activity within a highly regulated public sector environment.

Key responsibilities:
Manage full procurement life cycle (tender - award - contract management)
Ensure compliance with PCR2015/PA2023 and public sector governance
Lead stakeholder engagement, supplier negotiations & commercial strategy
Drive value-for-money, risk management, and continuous improvement

Key experience:
MCIPS qualified
Strong public sector procurement background
Contract life cycle & commercial risk management
Stakeholder engagement & negotiation skills
