Senior Interaction Designer - Contract

We're looking for a Senior Interaction Designer to join a high-impact government programme, driving user-centred design across digital and non-digital services.

You'll work in multidisciplinary teams to design accessible, evidence-based solutions, using research and analytics to shape user experiences. This role involves leading design work, creating prototypes, and championing best practice in accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA).

Key skills:

• Strong user-centred design experience

• Prototyping (multiple tools/methods)

• Accessibility and inclusive design (WCAG 2.1)

• Stakeholder communication and collaboration

• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams

Ideal for someone who:

• Can translate research into practical design solutions
