Senior Workday HCM Analyst (Recruiting & Reporting)

We're working with a large government department to hire a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to support and optimise their Workday platform, with a focus on Recruiting and reporting.
You'll play a key role in driving enhancements, leading a small team, and ensuring the platform delivers against both operational and strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Configure and enhance Workday HCM (Recruiting & reporting focus)
- Manage releases, change requests, and continuous improvement
- Build reports and dashboards to support workforce insights
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to optimise processes
- Support integrations, security, and data quality
What we're looking for:
- Strong Workday HCM experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Recruiting and reporting (essential)
- Experience with integrations or security (desirable)
- Proven stakeholder engagement in Agile environments
- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
Nice to have:
Prism Analytics, broader Workday modules, public sector experience
