Job summary
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Band 4 Administrator, working 37.5 hrs across Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, as a member of the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Administration Team, to assist in providing a high level of confidential administrative and minute taking support to the Business & Performance Manager and Service Manager in the implementation, delivery and co-ordination of the locally deployed CRHTT services, service specification and Trust objectives. The post holder will also assist the Business & Performance Lead with collating data for information and performance requirements.
You will be joining a very dedicated administrative team. This senior role is invaluable for the smooth running and efficiency of the overall service. You will need to be highly organised and able to work well under pressure. Although this is a very demanding role you will be working with a very dedicated and forward-thinking team and you will be able to play a key role in the ongoing provision and development of service.
Main duties of the job
- You will need to work flexibly in response to service need across multiple sites
- Support colleagues in the delivery of compassionate, safe, and structured care
- Develop the team to provide timely support to the clinical team.

Person Specification
Education, qualifications or training
- A high standard of education including GCSE's in English Language and Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent qualification
- Advanced IT skills
- Educated to degree standard or post graduate diploma/or equivalent experience and knowledge pertinent to the post
- Qualification in an information related subject to Advanced level or equivalent.
- Previous experience of a range of business procedures or completion of recognised business qualification or a graduate
Continuous Professional Development
- Evidence of commitment to ongoing continuous professional development
Previous Experience
- Previous experience in the use and collection of performance and activity data
- Previous experience of working within Mental Health Urgent Care environment
- Proven previous experience of working in a performance and information capacity

- High level in administration duties with experience
- Exceptional editing, grammar, writing and software skills
