Quality Assurance Developer

What we're looking for:

The QA Developer ensures the functional integrity and performance of our digital experiences. You will be responsible for both traditional regression testing and the development of new frameworks to validate the non-deterministic outputs of AI-powered features.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated E2E test suites using Playwright
• Perform cross-device and cross-browser testing for all web and mobile platforms.
• Manage bug tracking and reporting through JIRA.
• Integrate automated testing into GitHub actions CI/CD pipelines.
• Design test cases specifically for AI interactions to monitor for regressions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Professional experience in automated testing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in C# or TS for writing and maintaining test scripts.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle in an agency setting.

Beneficial

• Knowledge of security testing principles and mitigation of common web vulnerabilities.
• Experience testing conversational interfaces or messaging-first applications.
• Familiarity with performance and load testing to validate API reliability.
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks or prompt injection testing.
