Bernadette is our award-winning specialist product and service and digital comms discipline of the VCCP Partnership. We are a friendly and knowledgeable team of 80 specialists across Strategy & Data, UX, Design, Motion, Technology & Engineering, Project & Account Management and Operations, all dedicated to creating great work across all digital channels.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Tech Lead is responsible for the technical delivery of digital products, balancing high-level architecture with hands-on development. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team of front and back-end developers, ensuring that all solutions are scalable, reliable, and well-integrated into the wider VCCP ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead technical discovery and define the architecture for web, app, and AI agent platforms.
• Manage the day-to-day resourcing of the technical team using JIRA.
• Oversee project hosting and infrastructure management within Azure.
• Communicate complex technical implications regarding effort and scalability to non-technical
• stakeholders.
• Enforce quality assurance standards and oversee E2E testing using Playwright.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Significant experience leading technical delivery within a digital agency environment.
• Strong background in C# (ASP.NET Core) and a variety of web technologies.
• Proven ability to manage both frontend and backend development challenges.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and Azure DevOps.
• Would be Beneficial:
• Experience with Azure AI Services and OpenAI API integration.
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms like Webflow for rapid prototyping.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role, presenting technical roadmaps.
• Experience with Python, especially within an AI context.
