IDAM Engineer (Entra ID & Azure) | Permanent | Hybird (3x a week in London)

Bestman Solutions is proud to be partnering with a global leader in the data science industry to search for a talented Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Engineer.

This is an excellent opportunity to work at the forefront of technology and security, helping to safeguard data and digital identities within an advanced cloud-based environment. Youll play a vital role in implementing, maintaining, and optimising secure access solutions using Microsoft Entra ID and Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain IDAM solutions leveraging Microsoft Entra ID and Azure IAM capabilities.
• Implement Conditional Access, MFA, and identity governance to enhance security and compliance.
• Automate provisioning and access management using PowerShell, Graph API, or Azure Automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Infrastructure, DevOps) to integrate secure access across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot authentication and identity-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum security.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Active Directory, and identity lifecycle management.
• Expertise in RBAC, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust principles.
• Proven ability to manage SSO, MFA, and hybrid identity integrations.
• Automation skills using PowerShell, Graph API, or similar scripting tools.
• Working knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
