£35,000–£45,000 DOE

Are you an experienced Marketing Account Manager from an agency background who enjoys delivery, client relationships and making things happen?

We’re working with a growing independent B2B marketing agency based in North Hampshire, specialising in technology, SaaS and professional services clients. They’re busy (in a good way), growing fast and looking for a capable, organised Account Manager who understands agency life and can confidently manage multiple moving parts.

This is not a strategic lead role. It’s hands-on account management with real responsibility and real client exposure.

The Role

You’ll take day-to-day ownership of a portfolio of B2B client accounts, ensuring agreed marketing activity is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and the Client Operations function to:

  • Manage day-to-day client communication
  • Coordinate campaign delivery across traditional and digital channels
  • Brief designers, copywriters and external partners
  • Keep timelines, tasks and reporting on track
  • Prepare content for client approval
  • Support onboarding of new clients
  • Identify and escalate scope or delivery risks early

You’ll be a dependable, professional client contact — confident but not overbearing, organised but not bureaucratic.

About You

To be considered, you must have:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Account Manager within a marketing agency
  • Experience working with and talking to B2B technology, SaaS or FinTech clients
  • Strong project coordination and client communication skills
  • Experience across both digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS and basic SEO principles

And practically:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own transport
  • Living within approximately 1–1.5 hours of Hook (RG27), with flexibility to attend client meetings across the Thames Valley
  • Full right to work in the UK

This role will not suit someone looking to lead strategy or step into a senior leadership position immediately. It will suit someone who enjoys being close to delivery and takes pride in getting the basics right.
