Customer Insights Manager
We are pleased to be partnering with a much loved consumer brand in their search for a Customer Insights Manager to join their talented Manchester team.
Our client is in an exciting period of digital transformation and is looking to grow the team by adding a specialist who has experience in digital analytics in a customer-centric environment.
The role:
- Analyse customer data across the Single Customer View – you’ll have access to GA4, SMC and other data tools.
- Provide colleagues with actionable insight to drive channels growth, inform digital strategy and drive commercial performance.
- Build, own and develop dynamic reporting dashboard (SQL, Power BI, Big Query, Tableau etc)
- Own the execution of A/B testing roadmaps, identifying problem areas in the customer journey
- Partner with colleagues in marketing to develop data that can deliver personalised value
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders – both internals and third parties
- Manage and evolve data and digital KPIs
The person
- Proven experience in a digital analytics role in a customer facing environment
- Comfortable using SQL, Power BI, GA4, Tableau, Excel etc
- Articulate and able to tell a story driven by data, bringing it to life for wider team member
- Passionate about delivering a best in class customer experience
This is a hybrid role with a requirement of 2 days / week in office.
