Location: Southwest London (Hybrid 3 days in office, non negotiable)

Salary Banding: 55,000- 65,000 + 5% discretionary bonus

Were partnered with a fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS business in the B2B space thats scaling rapidly and investing heavily in marketing. Theyre now looking for a talented Demand Generation Manager to join their high-performing team and play a key role in driving growth.

This is a newly created role off the back of continued success. The company is backed by a supportive CEO who truly values marketing, giving the team real autonomy and resources to make an impact. What youll be doing:

• Own performance marketing across LinkedIn, Google, and Bing, managing all campaigns in-house
• Design and deliver ABM programmes (1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1) in partnership with the sales team
• Build and nurture audiences in HubSpot, automating workflows and managing lead scoring
• Analyse campaign performance, report on insights, and optimise continuously for results
• Collaborate with content and product marketing to ensure creative alignment and consistency

What were looking for:

• Proven background in B2B SaaS demand generation
• Experience across performance marketing and ABM strategy/execution
• 5+ years experience in a similar role
• HubSpot Marketing Hub expertise
