£55,000 – £65,000 + 15% annual bonus
My client is a high-growth UK ecommerce retailer that delivered over 50% year-on-year revenue growth last year and continues to invest heavily in operational scale, systems maturity and platform capability. Following a significant expansion phase, including the opening of a major new warehouse facility, the business is now focused on strengthening internal ERP and process design to support continued growth.
They are seeking a Functional Platform Business Analyst to strengthen how business requirements are defined and translated into NetSuite ERP solutions. (It is essential you've worked with ERP (ideally NetSuite to be considered for this role)
The role
You’ll lead functional discovery across Finance, Operations, Ecommerce, Marketing and Customer Services, designing scalable end-to-end processes within NetSuite and shaping the ERP roadmap.
Key responsibilities
- Lead functional discovery and end-to-end process definition
- Translate business needs into clear, structured functional specifications
- Shape and prioritise the ERP functional backlog
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and ERP engineering
- Provide functional input into integrations across ecommerce, WMS, CRM and BI
What they’re looking for
- Strong functional NetSuite ERP experience
- ERP process design across finance and supply chain
- Experience working alongside in-house developers
- Comfortable operating in a scaling ecommerce environment
- High visibility role within a commercially strong, scaling retail business.
