Head of Sales & Commercial
I am partnering with a key client on a retained assignment as they look to strengthen their Sales and Commercial teams.
As Head of Sales & Commercial you will take ownership of revenue growth, lead a high-performing Sales and Marketing team, and embed AI-driven sales strategies that deliver real commercial results.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and knows how to turn strategy into measurable performance.
Key Responsibilities;
• End-to-end sales and commercial strategy
• Revenue growth, pipeline performance, and forecasting
• AI-powered lead generation, automation, and sales enablement
• High-performing sales and account management teams
• Strategic partnerships and new market opportunities
• Data-led decision making across the commercial function
Experience needed;
• Proven track record in senior sales/commercial leadership roles with some experience of leading a marketing function too, ideally from SAAS, Professional services, membership or B2B sectors.
• Strong experience delivering revenue growth and hitting ambitious targets
• Expertise in CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce) and sales tech stacks
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven lead generation and automation tools
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building capability
• Commercial acumen with a sharp, analytical mindset
• Confidence in negotiations, stakeholder management, and strategic planning
